Luxurious, spacious, clean villa and pool near Alona Beach

We loved everything about Villa Kisadya and it’s one of our favourite resorts. It is a peaceful boutique hotel with a relaxed, friendly ambience and welcoming, helpful staff. We are a family of three and our four year old daughter loved the pool. She had it to herself for much of our stay. She adored playing with the cats and Leo the dog. The restaurant food is delicious and has a good mix of Filipino and Western food. The location of the resort is a convenient walk to Alona beach, less than 10 mins. Our villa was stunning. Thatched roof, modern design, great AC and quality wifi (we worked while here and were able to do Zoom calls). Best of all: it was a very spacious room and felt comfortable and clean. Highly recommend and hope that we can return.

Not directly to do with the hotel but the walk back from the Alona beach would be safer with good lighting. We managed with phone torches but definitely room for improvement.

Exceptional

We absolutely loved this villa! The room is very big , so nice, it has a little terrace with a sofa and something to hand your wet clothes. They have a safe, mini fridge and smart tv. They leave water on a glass bottle every morning for you. The bathroom is very big as well, with a nice shower, it's outside, so be careful with the mosquitos! The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped arranging taxis to the airport and ferry. The road of the hotel is quite small and muddy when it rains, but it didn't matter to us, it is very close to the beach, about 5 minutes, and there's so many places to eat close by. They have a dog that's very cute. When we arrived we got before check in time and they did their best to clean the room quickly to have it available sooner, also they don't mind if you leave your bags there before check in or after checking out, and using the restaurant and swimming pool area.

Sometimes the WiFi didn't work very well on the TV, when we wanted to load something on netflix in the evening. But overall on your phone WiFi was great, it was just sometimes and with netflix on specific.

I love our room! It’s so spacious for a family of 4 with our nanny. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The bathroom/toilet is very spacious as well. The interior design is superb! My children wanted to stay esp my son who loves to swim in the pool. We would definitely come back.

Incredible villas, very spacious with high ceilings and lovely staff.

lovely place, clean and large villas with very nice high ceilings. Spacious and airy, and really enjoyed the outside seating. The restaurant area is also nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s off a small road and the path to the beach isn’t particularly nice but it’s a short walk and not much of a problem. Not the fault of the property.

When I’m going back to Panglao, I will make sure to stay here again.

The privacy but accessibility at the same time. There are only 10 rooms/villas and each room is big so even if fully booked, the resort wont be crowded. It is not along the beach front which is great if you don’t want the noise of the crowd but is only 5 mins walk to everything. Turn left from the entrance and you will reach the main street where the restaurants, fast food, banks are. Turn right and you have your beach paradise! We have booked 3 deluxe and 1 villas and it’s all worth it. Also, the pool is clean and is very pretty.

The mosquitos haha. It is expected as there are many plants so just make sure to bring repellant.

Very cosy, nice outdoor space, great service and food.

The facilities would just need a little refreshening to be perfect + some dust swept from under the beds. The neighbours have roosters so if you’re a light sleeper you will need earplugs.

The place is really well decorated, big and confortable rooms and is really close to Alona beach and restaurants

The customer service was not good, specially compared to all the places we visited in the Phillipines. They took days to reply or didn´t reply at all to our questions, didn´t offer any type of help (all the places we stayed in the islands offered pick up service for a certain price. I sent a message asking about this or if they had any type of guidance, but they never replied), the wifii signal seemed to be good, but the password provided was not working and they didn´t help with this, so we ended up not using. The breakfast option available was just 1 - filipino breakfast, and if you wanted an american one (bread insted of rice), you had to pay 50 pesos more for that - this was the only place that we had to pay more for a different option.

Exceptional

Beautiful rooms and pool area. Very clean and nice setting away from the noise and chaos of alona beach front.

There were quite a few mosquitos in our room when we arrived, but the lady at reception lent us a bug spray and this cleared them in the room. The ones in the bathroom were harder to get rid of as the bathroom is not fully enclosed. But you can’t really blame the hotel for mosquitos!
